We aim to respond to all inquiries within 1-2 business days. For urgent issues with a specific tool, please include the tool name, page URL, and a short description of the problem in your email. Messages are reviewed by the Utiloom maintainer for Codeworks Inc..

What To Include

For bug reports, include the tool URL, the input type you used, the result you expected, the result you saw, and your browser name if the issue looks browser-specific. For tool suggestions, describe the workflow you are trying to finish and what output would make the page genuinely useful.

Please avoid sending passwords, private keys, confidential files, or sensitive personal data in support emails. Most Utiloom tools are designed to process data locally in the browser, and we do not need your original private content to investigate general behavior.

What We Can Help With

We can review broken tool behavior, unclear instructions, outdated examples, accessibility issues, metadata corrections, and requests for new utilities that fit the site's browser-based workflow focus. We cannot recover data entered into a tool because inputs are processed locally in your browser and are not stored on our servers.
